1. Upon a client's instructions on overseas remittance through Business Banking, the bank will proceed overseas remittance manually after receiving directions and confirming related documents in accordance with foreign currency standards.
2. SCBK's overseas remittance is governed by laws and regulations related to overseas remittance.
3. The Bank, to process overseas remittance under the client instruction, will withdraw the remittance amount and fee set forth in the Article 10, subparagraph 2 (SCBK charged fee and foreign bank charged fee) from the withdrawal account the client designated upon subscribing to the Business Banking, without the passbook, signet and account password, on or after the overseas remittance date.
4. If it is not possible to withdraw the amount due to reasons including insufficient balance, terminated/suspended account, legal payment restriction, instructed overseas remittance will not be proceeded by the Bank.
5. In case the foreign bank charged fee is to be paid by the sender, the Bank will withdraw the foreign bank charged fee from the user's designated account after the overseas remittance date without passbook, signet and account password.
6. When withdrawing the remittance amount from the designated account, the FX rate at the time of withdrawal will be applied. In case of insufficient balance of designated account, the amount will be withdrawn from other account registered as Business Banking withdrawal account.
