From August 19, 2019, all administrator account users are required to proceed with the mobile phone authentication process.
Users registered with the administrator account before August 19, 2019 should click the User Certification Registration button below to proceed with the mobile phone authentication process.
Master ID users, who cannot authenticate their mobile phones, must submit a copy of the customer's electronic financial filing documents and their real-name verification certificate to the branch.

Only one employee per ID can be registered.

Please note that abnormal Korean/English names will be rejected. (e.g.: abbreviations for English names such as Hong Gil-Dong/HGD or corporate names other than individuals, etc.)

Status value normal: Bank approved

Status value pending bank approval: Status during bank confirmation (Decision made within D+1 business days)

Status value rejection: Bank rejection (typically for reasons such as abnormal English input)

Please enter your user name (Korean/English) as your legal name.

For users who cannot verify their mobile phones, please visit a SCBK branch.

Please note that this screen is for entering personal information, not corporate information.

If the pop-up continues to appear even after the Master ID user registration is completed, please register the user with SUB ID in the same way as the procedure above.
