This function is to issue a certificate of your loan balance as of the issuance base date.
Certificate to apply for the personal rehabilitation/bankruptcy cannot be issued through Internet banking.
If you have completed the application for the issuance of a debt balance certificate, you cannot cancel the issuance, so please check it fully in the certificate preview.
If re-printing is required due to output errors or due to the need of additional copy, please apply for re-issuance on the [Certificate Inquiry/Issuance] screen only from 09:00-23:00 of the day of application for issuance.
Foreign currency loans are expressed in terms of the trading standard rate as of the inquiry date.
