- 10 consecutive OTP password failed attempts will limit transactions (including transactions on different dates). Please visit a branch with a certificate of corporate seal and corporate seal, business registration, real name verification certificate for representative (when the representative files the application), real name verifiation certificate for agent (when the agent files the application, back of the application form), bankbook and the seal used for the bankbook.
- For safe electronic financial transactions, do not share passwords and refrain from writing and saving them on your PC.

If you have a certificate issued from other bank/institutions, register the existing certifcate for use at Certification center>Registration of certificate issued by other institution for use
Attentions when you set costomer PIN: should be 6~8 digits in alpahnumeric, not be identical to user.
As per the policy by the Ministry of Information and Communication(sanction by FTC– 2006.1.1), clients subscribed to the service after 1 Jan 2006 cannot get general certificate from the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute.
