Business Banking clients should login and use the 'Register/Terminate OTP' transaction.

Renewal and reissuance of other isntitution OTP- Only OTPs that are allowed for the automatic use registraton by OTP issuing institution can be registered. (Please contact the issuing institution to allow automatic use registration of OTP from other institution.)

In the case of OTPs not registered for automatic OTP use by other institutions, you must visit the branch to register.

If you want to replace the OTP you are currently using that is not renewed or reissued, please visit the branch.

Business Banking Sub IDs are restricted from online registration of OTPs issued at other institutions. To register OTP from other institution, please visit the branch.

  • 1.The Individual Business ID inquiry service checks the security card or OTP number.
  • 2.If you do not have a security card or OTP, please visit a nearby branch with your passbook (debit card), seal (signature), ID card, etc., check your ID, and issue a security card or OTP.
  • 3.Digital certificate (re)issuance is available only after subscription to business banking.
  • 4.Account number (passbook number): only backbook with a middle number of 10,20,and 30 is allowed.
